Warranty Repairs

Ninebot US also offers manufacturer guarantees and warranty and repair services for Ninebot products purchased directly from Ninebot US. The terms of the warranty protect against manufacturer defects for one year (with an exception for the battery, tires, and tire tubes). The battery is protected against manufacturer defects for 180 days and the tires and tire tubes are protected for 90 days.
